Yeah. I'm currently looking to upgrade my bass (I need a 5 string) and my electric guitar. Basswood no longer suits me. I prefer more detail to work with in a guitar now.

You say you can get better pickups than SDs for cheaper? Such as?

And also you say don't put a higher output pickup in the neck unless you know what you're doing? Why?

I'll have you know I got 100 percent on the samples. Those studio heads must be retarded.
There's obvious differences between the real amps and the models. It's like listening to a flac or a wav and an mp3. There are discrete points where a cut off or an analog wave simulation fails and you can here the jaggedness of the modeled sine. It's like how you can make a curve by just drawing it as 1 line or make the same curve by making a million little straight lines.
