Mostly progressive and complex music, prime examples are Dream Theater and Symphony X.
I'm also interested in all kinds of metal, ranging from kvlt norwegian black metal to simple thrash i.e. Municipal Waste.
Shred, Fusion and Jazz are also genres I appreciate. Some classic from time to time is fine, too. (Bach, Paganini)

Billy Sheehan. That's pretty much the only Bassist virtuoso I frequently listen to.

I enjoy everything that is well written and goes a bit deeper than other books, several episodes are fine, too.
Favorite tv :
I usually don't watch TV.
I will mention that Death Note is a superb anime, although I don't watch any anime at all.
Favorite movies :
Clerks, Boondock saints, Pulp Fiction and The big Lebowski.
