Favorite bands :
The Academy Is...; Enter Shikari; The Devil Wears Prada; Cobra Starship; Drop Dead, Gorgeous; Gallows; underOATH; The Beatles; Greeley Estates; Chevelle; We The Kings; Anberlin; Escape The Fate; Anarbor...
To summarize, I like metal, (insert word here)core, punk, indie and classic rock. Got any band recs? Message me.
Favorite guitarists :
Kurt Cobain, Hendrix, Santana, Johnny Ramone, EVH, Michael Guy Chislett and Clapton are among my favourites, but they are all schooled by Billie-Joe Armstrong. At least, that's my opinion. I grew up with Green Day, so I've always had a soft spot for him. And have you heard "Jesus of Suburbia"? Brilliance.
Favorite bassists :
Adam T. Siska > Flea, Nikki Sixx, Dee-Dee Ramone, Mike Dirnt, John Paul Jones and Johnny Christ put together.
(Note: Flea and them are all great, but Sisky Business has a special place in my heart, as I've been a TAI fan since before they put out Almost Here.)
Favorite books :
Anything by Hemingway, Agatha Christie, JK Rowling or Palahnuik.
Dr. Seuss and Robert Munsch made me like reading, so they deserve a mention, too.
Favorite tv :
No reality TV show shit- unless the contestants on the show actually have talent (think So You Think You Can Dance). Other than that- sitcoms = love.
And then there's House. I will always love that show.
Favorite movies :
Old ones. Before it was possible for all rocket scientists to be 5'11, reed-thin, FF-cup blonds who team up with hideous, womanizing creeps like Will Smith in order to save the world from being stomped to death by the gigantic alien bunnies who are plotting to steal the worlds' supply of oxygen and Kleenex.
Seriousl y, all the good movies were made in the 30's/40's/50's. That's why they're called CLASSICS.

Hey there. I'm Kirsten, and I double-space after each full-stop.
We'll start with the basics- I've been playing guitar since I was ten- mostly classical, sometimes borrowing my uncles' Rickenbacker 345 to mess around. I've also been taking classical piano since I was four, and bass since I was twelve.
I also know how to play the trumpet and tenor saxophone, but that's not important right now.
