Munchies will be the death of us all! Good luck with keeping up with the running though, I know how hard it can be to muster up the motivation. I always find that once I get out there and actually start running it's easy to keep going, but actually getting out there in the first place can be a pretty huge challenge to overcome : Being lazy is fun...

Yeah, go for it bud. I realise I haven't done much recently on the book, but I've been really busy with other projects, like my art. (I'm trying to get a portrait business up and running) As I said at the beginning of the book project, it's gonna be slow going, but it will get done eventualy, it just isn't a priority for me at the moment.
