The Boss DS-1 is Ok, its not the greatest but it gets the job done and they are really cheap. You can buy them used for $20-$40, I think new they're around $60 new.

looking on your gear once in awhile....guess I am one of those .never getting enough gear..lucky .I know a lot of people.. mostly old rock'n rollers...and as you probably know, most of them are broke and always need money for the rent or whatever....then I am the saving "angel"....buying something for nickel and dimes...
