meh, just make a thread on it advertising the meet and in the area and make sure you have a list of those who want to go and those who may want to go -

there was one for the sheffield meet - the first post was edited constantly with those who oculd go and may go, even those who couldnt. it had detailed information on the place to meet and what time etc

it just means that people have the right info to get to the place. When it happens, its worth it!

Also for the London meet I made a group that made sure people could also go on there and talk to all the people who were going
