Busked for the first time today, only lasted an hour though as i got a pain in my chest like someone had hit me with a pole. Turned out to just be trapped air but it was enough to make me struggle to breathe. However it wasnt too bad as i made nearly £8 in an hour, tomorrow i should do a bit better as i'll play for longer and move to different places rather than stay in the same place.
Been there dude ...put a few bucks in your case it gets the money rolling....find a place where a lot of people sit for lunch or a narrow section where people will have to walk by you,,make eye contact and have a bit of banter with them...it works..peace
Annoyingly my case doesn't open up all the way, got a soft case for the acoustic and a flat one for the electric, the electric case would open up but the zip is busted cos of the pointy guitar body. I'm using a hat that looks like something out of Oliver Twist
