I hate trying to teach my dad to use his phone, he doesn't have a clue. He's never used any credit in the 6 years he's had one - he phones then hangs up so we have to phone him back :haha
Never had to deal with complaints yet but we get a lot of foreign customers, last week a guy from Saudi Arabia was talking to me on the phone and I had absolutely no clue what he was saying :haha |

I mostly like the mobile side. Teaching an old lady how to text or watching a kid's face light up when their parents get them a new phone and i hand it to them is pretty cool.
