John frusciante is up there. Wes montgomery, Guthrie Govan, Jimi hendrix (duh?), Jimmy page, Kurt Cobain. I try not to focus on favorite guitarists, because when you have someone you idolize, you tend to try to be that person, and I believe the only way to move forward, you must move back first. Doesn't quite make much sense, but just ponder that for a tad. it'll all come to 'ya ;)
