Or the relationship that we've gotten ourselves in
But I'm willing to put my heart out on the line for you

Doodling all over my notebook during class
I can't sit at my piano to write a song

I wake up in the morning not wanting to go to school
But i get there as early as possible
With hopes that it will mean a few more minutes

So i never have to walk these halls alone

As I smile quietly to myself

And there's certainly nothing pseudo about it
Music is love in search of a word as you once told me
And music is the key to my heart
