It sounds pretty good. Most ppl think it's crap cuz it's not tube but for SS not that bad. $1800 list price is ridiculous.... I got the half-stack for $600 on Craigslist. Only thing I can afford. I wouldn't pay more than $800 for the half.

It's got great metal tone. EQ on it is more sensitive than other amps I 've tried. The built in noise gate is a godsend. FX sound good even with lacking paramater functions.

I bought it for the loose channel. It's got Ballz!! Tight channel for ACDC type stuff and the clean channel gets loud. I use the loose drive for metalcore/death metal.

I just erased all my songs on my profile a couple of days ago (They were recorded with a fender FM212 and a Metal zone lol). Come check my profile at the end of the weekend. I'm going to put out a couple of recordings with this amp. Late!
