Instead of a NEW boss chorus, look into an old CE-2, they go for around 120 on ebay, way better than any of thier new crap.
Don't go for the EVH stuff, doesn't sound much different than the regular stuff. Go for a regular phase 90 (and than consider how much you will actually use the flanger)
DD-7 is a good pedal

As far as guitars go, it's all about which one you like more, thats a really tough choice, lp vs strat!

Instead of a FR Fender - Charvel? I just love the colours... that's all. I much prefer buying amps over guitars. Guitars, unless they are quite a bit different - ie, seven or eight string, single coil pickups to humbuckers - just feel like selfish additions. While amps... they seem to serve more of a purpose and the impact is always substantial, no matter what you get. Just my thoughts.

I gotta make me a GAS list. Much depressing fun is to be had.
