My school had field day today. We went out at about 8:30. At about 8:50, Me and a bunch of guys were playing a game of football. Then a friend of mine falls because of the dew on the ground and slides his foot into a hole, snapping his bones in his leg and ankle in half. He screams for a minute, then I go get the teacher. The teacher sends for the nurse, and the boy sits there yelling his head off about his ankle.
Then I'm talking to another friend, and he talks about wondering when the nurse will show up.
So finally she gets here and all she does is say, "yep, it's broken alright."
And I say right to her face"WE'VE ACCOMPLISHED THAT MUCH!!!!"
i get a lot of laughs and after school detention for harassment of a staff member, but come on, seriously, I mean, Nobody even bothered to try to comfort him other than me and 2 other boys until the ambulance showed up. Does anyone else agree with me statement to the nurse?
