I spend most of my time playing guitar. I don't learn many famous songs, I usually just write my own. I tune to Eb, Drop Db, D Standard (down a whole step), and Drop C. Most of my music would be considered hard rock or alternative metal, but I borrow a lot from all sorts of genres like classic rock, heavy metal, and even blues. And of course, not all of my songs are the same. I have some really heavy songs, some are fast paced, some are mellow acoustic songs, some feel like classic rock, etc. I like to switch it up now and then so my listeners aren't just hearing the same thing over and over. I don't always neccesarily focus on a solo in my songs as much as a really cool main riff. I also use a lot of different elements in my music. Even with my guitar insanely distorted, I will still use a strum pattern. I do that a lot in the songs that I try to gear more towards the girls (even though guys will still like it). Songs like that I would compare to blink-182 in a way. As far as my other stuff, I can't really compare to other bands. I'm kind of my own style. As far as influences, I take influence from all of the bands on my list. My heaviest influences come from Metallica, Slipknot, Ozzy Osbourne, and Jimi Hendrix. If you have questions, hit me up.
