Hey man, listened to some of your stuff on sound cloud. Really diggin' the tone. Mind sharing your settings for your HRD? I've got one at home, new tubes coming in, really wanna get the most out of it.

Hey, thanks for the words! Here are my settings:

Clean: Treble 4.5, Bass 9, Middle 7.5, Reverb 3.5, presence 4.5. I also had a slapback delay on that track, so you'll want a slight delay in order to mimic it.

My wipeout cover had he same EQ, except more reverb. The solo I had a bit more bass push from another OD pedal.

hey thanks for all the help
i might not have the guy do the buffer cause he's gonna charge 10 bucks alone for labor for that so
it'll be a bit cheaper!

10 bucks isnt that bad all in all would be about what i'd charge. though, i'd add a volume trim pot, not sure if you mentioned it or not. been a while since i've looked at your thread. i hope it gos well though, good luck man

hey man, i think your blues slide recording is interesting! i just got a slide and was wondering what tuning you had your guitar in?
eace

Hey Dude.
I'm pretty sure my guitar was in standard tuning, and when I got that slide I couldn't actually use it properly :haha: I was just mucking around with it, I may update that recording pretty soon

Thats great, the blues is fantastic. Well, you'll want to learn the pentatonics inside and out. Minor Pentatonics are essential, Major Pentatonic as well but used slightly less in blues... its used in alot of other genres though. Theres a good place to start.

That's cool man, no worries. Glad I could help, but in future, most questions like that have pretty decent explanations on wikipedia, plus, theres tons of sites aimed at secondary school pupils, so just type something in to google, and you'll get some hits
