Yesterday was crazy. Won't get into details, but the frustrating part was that I couldn't relax [aka play guitar] because I was having one of those bad guitar days. I felt like a cripple attempting at shredding
Well... try some warm up exercises so you went get feeling of being crippled when your practicing to shred.
Here is a great Warm up exercise, you can play it as slow as you want just make sure you have the right fingers used (I know, you need to stretch very much, but that's what for me is a good warm exercise)
