I like all of the Stephen King books of short stories, Lullaby, the Alphabet of Manliness, A Clockwork Orange, anything by Poe (especially poems; "The Conqueror Worm" and "Evening Stars: come to mind,) Goethe's work, Kafka's work, ("Metamorphosis " is a tad overrated, though.) Of Mice and Men, the Time Machine, the Invisible Man, most non-idiotic Greek/Roman Mythology books, Celtic Mythology books, and a smaller interest in Norse Mythology.

Favorite tv :
Futurama. Scrubs. Generic other stuff.

Favorite movies :
Dumb & Dumber, Intermission, Sideways, 28 Days Later, Garden State, High Fidelity, Pulp Fiction, and those Sci-Fi Pictures Original Movies that feature some animal grown to ridiculous proportions killing people.
