Nah, this week has involved a cut down of hedonism and getting a good eating pattern. Lots more fruit and smaller meal portions. Give it awhile it'll be constant for me so I should be able to lose a small amount of weight normally. I should definitely pick up on the running soon. Whenever I get the impulse (today, for example) it's raining. Which is annoying.

Seeing as this will be a problem for the next few months, I'm considering joining a gym. There's two both within walking distance from me, most likely more, and I've also been given a bursary from Kent. Might see if someone wants to join in though - I used to work out with mates and having other people there just impels you to a) actually do it and b) actually work hard.

I didn't really read any guides. I just looked at pictures and places and imagined what I wanted them to look like. After alot of experience you sort of get why some pictures turn out certain ways, and post-processing tips.
