I'd actually totally forgot about it. It's a great article byt they way! If I were you I would submit to UG, it may get the front page like an article of mine did once. The reason it's not in the CR Encyclpedia is because the project is, for all intensive purposes, dead. If we were getting constant contributions it would be different. But we're just not. So that's about the jist of it.

I added it to the articles section, so it will be in UG soon. Thanks for the compliment!

Hi there! Is my short story on Keith Richards and Gram Parsons going to be added to the Classic Rock Encyclopedia or not? No problem if you guys decided it wasn't good or appropriate or something, but I'd like some fair criticism...

The modded tele.

thank you :]
when i was making it, i couldnt choose between 3 guitars, i liked the tele shape, the les paul style pickups(humbucking pickups) and the superstrat pickup configuration and electronics, so i put them all together with a vintage trem and a tonepros bridge.

I was thinking about buying a Tiny Terror in the future...what's your opinion on them?
Hmm... They're not bad amps, but they have quite an individual sound which isn't always suitable. The amp by itself is quite dark, almost muddy sounding, but with a treble booster/EQ pedal/Overdrive it becomes much more useful. It really depends on what you want to use it for. The portability o and simplicity of the TT is a massive plus in any situation though. Its also VERY LOUD, more than enough to keep up in a live situation with a full band.

Ha, no problem.
It's a music site where you build your own radio stations based off artists. For instance, if I made a station that was based off Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and Van Halen, it would play music similar to those artists.
Just google Pandora Radio, it's great.

Sounds really cool! I'll look it up sometime...

Nah, I'm afraid not. I usually just use Pandora

Excuse my ignorance, but what is Pandora?

I've actually never heard mush of OCMS, other than part of a PBS show. I know they played the Madison in Covington last year and I've been meaning to listen to them.

JackWhite333 wrote on Jul 1st, 2009 6:26pm

Oh btw, do you have a last.fm account?

Ahh, now I see. That's pretty cool.
That old SG on in my pics was a surprise gift from my Grandpa who had bought it like 30 years ago.

That guitar is crazy awesome looking! How does it play?

Thefallofman wrote on Jun 29th, 2009 8:59pm

Gillian Welch rules! Steve Earle's whole family must be musicians... his little sister Stacy plays around Cincinnati quite a lot, she's good friends with some people around the folk scene here.

I'm assuming Springsteen was the show in Cincy last year? I wanted to go so bad. Them playing Lost In The Flood that night was a kick in the teeth too.

I hope you know, you're going to have to keep that "Devil's Blues" bootleg under lock and key.

I know Kentucky is a long way away from Ireland, but that doesn't mean I can't rob ya ;)
