Damn you, Epiphone!!!

I was going to buy an Epi LP off one of my brother's friends, but when I got it from him to try it, it turns out it sucks harder than my own Squier Strat! I mean, really. My tolerance level for suckitude if pretty dang high, but this guitar completely cleared it in street shoes. I didn't expect Gibson quality, but I was expecting some quality. Monster fret buzz, uncontrollable feedback... Ehh... Just horrible.

Higher end Epi's are quite nice, though. I've played some that were actually better than some of the lower-end Gibsons.

But seriously, it was probably set up wrong. You can fix fret buzz on any guitar, and the setup might might have been the cause for feedback as well.
