Opeth, sort of. They definitely have a jazz influence, and they primarily play metal.

Atheist and Pestilence are two great ones. :)

I just happened to stumble upon this blog from, and I'm going to have to agree with Muffin and the good Dr. here. Cynic and Atheist are probably the best "jazzy" metal bands I can think of. Living Colour are like funk/metal, but I don't really think that they're what you're looking for. They are pretty awesome though, and worth looking into. Maybe Gordian Knot, Aghora, and Planet X too. Good luck with your search.

Thanks everyone, I am already a big fan of Cynic Atheist and Gordian knot but I will look into the rest as of now :)

Sadist, Yakuza, MFKR era Slipknot, you could count Meshuggah but its a long stretch, Infectious Grooves if you want some funky wunky junk, Ihsahn uses the saxophone a lot to a jazzy effect in his new album, Opeth (but theres not at all).. I think thats all I know, as well as the ones already mentioned here. You could try Psychotic Waltz but thats not really jazzy..
